System Utilities → System Tools → Shell Enhancements

SKTimeStamp is a very simple shell extension which adds a new page to the Explorer properties dialog. On that new page, you can change the file/folder dates and times. NOTE: There are *2 programs* and versions for *both* 32 bit and 64 bit Windows on the download page....
