System Utilities → System Tools → System Startup Shutdown

This is a utility to automate the shut down of Windows systems. It has several types of shut down (shut down, restart, hibernate, lock computer), and can shut down the system at a specified time or when the CPU becomes idle. Also has options for hanging up the modem, capturing an image and/or executing a program before the shut down....

this is a nice program, but it won't start minimized to the system tray. it always starts with the GUI showing and you have to manually minimize it.
