Delete Doctor by Kevin Solway System Utilities → File Management → File and Directory Cleaners
Delete files that are difficult to delete, such as some files left by viruses and trojans, or files with corrupted file names. This program can also delete files like the "index.dat" files, which store Internet history, by scheduling them for deletion upon system restart....

Sorry Steven I beg to differ!
That's a screenshot of the program window, there's no install, the program runs from that screen. The "ad button" never changes, never phones home, never tracks you, all it does is open a webpage for the author's OWN Disk Cleaning programs *including* Delete Doctor, 2 more FREEWARE programs & 2 shareware ones. Take a look.
IMHO an adware program is one that is *supported* by 3rd party advertising i.e. somebody *pays* the author to include their advertising. *I* don't consider an author promoting his *own* work to be adware ;-)

No worries ....... we're allowed to disagree sometimes ;o)
I tend to class adware as advertisements of any description, whether first or third party ..... (which reminds me, why aren't they called second party, hehe)

LOL
The author is the party of the first part; the reader/user/opponent is the party of the second part; everybody else is the party of the third part!

hehe I always did try and over-complicate things ...
In terms of adware/malware, I've never classed the user as the second party (just an unwitting VITM (Victim in the Middle) - which I guess is the same thing, hehe)
