System Utilities → File Management → Multiple File Renaming

Siren renames files using an "expression". It can use any information associated with a file - name, extension, dates, times, mp3 tag elements, selection number and, of course, fixed text. It can apply case modifiers, substring extractions, character deletions and replacements....
