Amber it's FREEWARE, download it, use it, there's nothing to pay for freeware!
BUT
This program is for Win95/98/ME ONLY
This program has absolutely NOTHING to do with computing certification training tests from Demand Training Solutions (formerly DDC Training Services) & you won't find information for illegally using commercial apps on a freeware site.

It has already been pointed out in this thread that this program is for "Win95/98/ME ONLY" and therefore it won't run under Windows NT, 2000, XP or Vista. It does look to be a pretty old program. Presumably your system is running one of these later versions.
Power Strip is a more modern program from the same company but it is shareware so you won't find it listed here.
If you can give some idea as to why you wanted to try this utility and confirm which version of Windows you are running then perhaps more help can be provided.

Simple answer : NO
Anything that needs a validation code isn't freeware & we don't provide or allow shareware codes or cracks to be posted.
This is a 'legacy' program that was designed for OLD versions of Windows & REALLY OLD monitors. Older versions of Windows are still in use but older monitors, circa 1995/1999, have probably died by now! This program has limited value & the listing is overdue for removal. The topic will now be locked & removed shortly.
