If you use the Eclipse IDE you probably have accumulated a number of desktop icons for running various copies of Eclipse using different command line parameters. Each shortcut probably specifies different workspaces, Java VM, and plugin sets. This leads to clutter on the desktop and makes it difficult to share Eclipse configurations with colleagues....
