open object rexx (pls.. help)
Project Speciifiicatiion
• Using your favorite program, create a
"TRANSLATOR" that will translate the four
words (or tokens) that is saved in a text file to
the Visayan and Bicolano dialect.
• The text file, lets say "SOURCE.TXT" contains
the following words:
1. house
2. rat
3. love
4. cockroach
translate this program using rexx, english to german & english to spanish
pls.. any can anyone help me.. im new in rexx programming pls help me..

This is a freeware listing site, that does NOT mean we have enough experience, if any, to be able to help with a specific program.
You are asking for help with *programming*, (to me it looks like you're asking someone to actually do your project for you!!) the only help you're likely to get here is a gentle suggestion that you "RTFM" ;)
