Tried the software.....will not read files with an HTML extension...was not able to edit my existing website with this software....

All download links lead to a download of WebPage SE 1.0, NOT WebPage 6.0 as stated in the review.

We focus on *new* listings & don't do many updates, we listed this program in August 2006.
As noted in our listing, Serif makes *older versions* of its programs available free for personal use. They are usually at least 2-3 versions behind the current commercial version (10) BUT they are updated regularly & each one is better than the last.
WebPlus 6 was the version being offered when we listed it in 2006, it was updated to WebPlus SE on the 8th of February 2008.
