This is a fast free linker which takes COFF object files and a RES file and makes Windows exe or dll files, with or without debug information. One of its advantages is that it has no need for Lib files - looking instead at the Dlls themselves! It also has an easy to use loader for the Microsoft Layer for Unicode....
