Watch TV by Boredom Software

Watch TV - A few days ago, I came across a program which allows one to watch various streaming TV channels from around the world. Unfortunately, this program is ugly and obtrusive. So, I decided to make a better version....

Hi Andrew, I downloaded the TV software, then WinRaR to open it, got it, tried to try it out, and "broke it." "You" weren't too happy. How do I fix it so I can watch TV? :-) Thanks man.
