Opera is NOT fully HTML compatible.
I run several forums, and when coding, I have to go through un-imaginable trauma to get things to work in Opera.
Firefox, Avant, IE (urgh) and Safari are all far superior.

In speed tests that have been done, Opera is by far the fastest...

It also works with Linux and maybe Mac, but.. (from this site)

JmoV will do *this* time.
BUT...
We're not a public listing site, we don't have unlimited resources or loads of people (for day to day stuff it's just me!) so we choose to focus on NEW stuff & only occasionally deal with a major update of a good program we've had listed for years.
Weeding out the rubbish, spam, cons & shareware takes time but we think it's time well spent. Instead of padding the new additions page with loads of updates, you'll find 5 new listings there every day, Monday to Friday, every week!
We list Windows programs for PCs ONLY, we may or may not list any other operating systems the program runs on. We don't link directly to any download unless it will always get you the latest version. If the "added" date, in our listing info box, is older than a couple of months, check the author's website for newer version info, you'll be taken there anyway if we're not linking to the download file.
