Internet → Networking → Admin Control
RemoteShutdown allows you to remotely (over the network) shutdown and power off or restart any Windows NT/2000/XP Workstation or Server. In addition, you can specify a message which will be displayed before the computer will be shutdown and offer the user the option to cancel the shutdown....

want to know more about remoteshutdown....to control all pc that is usually abuse by the user...
