FlicFlac is a simple utility for converting WAV, FLAC, MP3 and OGG files to any of the other formats. FlicFlac aims to be as small and easy to use as possible. You can drag files onto the user interface, or convert files directly from the right click menu in Windows Explorer....

A really excellent utility. Once you realize that you must select the conversion format before selecting the file it is really is a piece of cake! Converted files are placed in the original folder.
