Home and Hobby → Sound Tools → Sound File Tags
AnalogX TagMaster lets you edit the ID3 tag in MP3 files, which contains information like the name of the artist, song, album, etc - but it doesn't just stop there. TagM also can rename files using any of the information inside the files (including bps and sample rate) making it much easier to find the song you're after....

Great if you want to spend weeks tagging MP3, off to get a drag and drop version

this is awesome. On My cell phone i had music on a sd card, and my cell fone was showing for example three seperate artists for Theory of a Deadman, Theory OF A Deadman, and Theory Of A Deadman. This was very annoying, and windows media wouldnt let me edit 1d3 tags on it. So i downloaded this, and had it done in 30 minutes.
