Mp3ListShellEx is Windows Explorer shell extension that allows you to easily build many types of playlists (wpl, b4s, m3u, pls) and mp3 lists (htm, xml, xls, csv). To create a list just select, in your favorite file manager, drive(s) or folder(s) with mp3 files and choose desired list type from context (right-click) menu. Program supports most popular playlist formats, which are recognized by all mp3/media players....
