MIDICLOCK can be used for the synchronization of MIDI devices. The BPM rate of the clock signal can be set, and the MIDI real time clock protocol is sent out with the precision of the Windows multimedia timer. Midiclock can provide clock output to up to 2 selectable MIDI outputs....

well i downloaded the latest version from
URL and it now supports tap tempo.

That is really great, i can adjust the bpm rate on the fly during live performance
