Weather Watcher used to be one of my favorite tray tools. However, it was discontinued by the author (check the forum for an explanation) and Weather Watcher Live - while excellent - is NOT freeware.
Just in case you didn't notice.

It's always disappointing when a program goes shareware, the only consolation here is the free version continues to be available but not supported. I've changed our links to the forum topic for the download.
