Wintree is a software making it possible to represent complete family trees of ascent and descent. For an individual you can represent on the same page 62 generations of ascending and 62 generations of descendants. Its characteristic is that it optimizes the tree by minimizing spaces between the boxes....

It crashed when I opened a family tree ged file, and Windows couldn't close it. I had to turn my computer off.

I've removed the link to your family tree. I am absolutely not comfortable with a link to a web page like that with people's names & addresses on it! (judging by the links I've had to deal with lately we've had some very unpleasant spammers around our forums!)
If you want some help with your file or help with WinTree then here is NOT the place to post. There's a lot of help on Hervé Decrock's website as the program author he's the best person to help you. He even says on that help page that you can email a file to him if you have problems.

My PC hung up REALLY BADLY running this program!
I had to power off!
I am not impressed it was too easy to crash!
