Sayz Me is a free text-to-speech reader, text is typed in or copied from the clipboard and then read aloud, words are highlighted as they are spoken. Copy text from web pages, emails or documents and have the words read aloud to you. Select voice, adjust reading speed, voice pitch, font, font size and color....

I like it.
When it reads NM. or AZ. it really says New Mexico and Arizona.
The other text readers dont.
