Graphics → Screen Capture

WinsSnapShot Lite is a lightweight and easy to use Windows screen capture utility. Click on the program icon in the sys-tray, move the cursor over the window you want to capture, press "Print-Screen" to transfer the screen capture to the clipboard. Select your document and paste the screenshot into it....

This has got to be the most useless app ever, since pressing the PrintScreen key (or Alt+PrintScreen for the active windows) does that already.
