The program appears to be unstable. My first download seemed normal, but on loading it a second time, the second 'room' was corrupted. I uninstalled, cleaned up, and re-downloaded the whole program. This also seemed OK, but crashed halfway through loading images on the wall. I'll give it another try, and comment again.

This type of program uses memory like crazy especially graphics/video memory. It says on the website...
Your video hardware is the key element because galleries are drawn in real-time and in quite some detail, so the more video memory you have the better. Most video hardware purchased since 2001 should be capable of running the software, but the more powerful the video hardware, the smoother the gallery will be drawn on your screen. Your video hardware will specifically need to possess a "Hardware Transform and Lighting" capability (HT&L). This includes (but is not limited to), any video hardware in the GeForce or Radeon series.
