That's the COMMERCIAL version! READ our description again (or maybe for the first time?!?) we tell you quite clearly that this is an OLDER VERSION & that's why it's free!

Serif only gives away OLDER versions of their software. This versions dates back to 2006 which is pre-Vista so I wouldn't expect it to run on Vista.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If we are told that a program runs on Vista we note that in the information block of a listing - e.g "requirements: Windows & Vista" or "requirements: Win2K, WinXP, Vista" etc. If it doesn't specifically say Vista check the author's website for more information *especially* if the listing date is pre Vista's release in 2007.
