SuDoKu-Cracker is a Generator / Solver / Helper that only creates puzzles with a 'unique solution'. The built-in Sudoku-generator has seven different levels of difficulty and can generate an 'infinity' of different puzzles of very high quality. All puzzles can be printed, saved and opened again and exported to HTML and RTF documents....

Infineat, the author does quite clearly state on his website that the program is free for "private use" and while he does require a registration there is no charge.
