MicroCounter is a tool for the automatic counting of objects such as bacterial colonies from a JPEG image, typical usage is counting bacteria from an image taken from a microscope. Greatly simplifies tasks such as determining the concentration of cells in a liquid medium. Very easy to use and gives accurate counts with an option of manual correction for better precision....
