StarCalc by Alexander E.Zavalishin Education → Astronomy
StarCalc is the fastest professional astronomy planetarium & star mapping program today. It illustrates star positions of any instance of the day observed from any geographic locations on the Earth. The star positions can be viewed and presented as images of semispherical whole sky or any of the user defined sub-areas....

Another relatively simple planetarium program, lots of features though and easy to use. I'd like to see the program get updated to a more attractive interface. Freeware Home lists version 5.6, but I know there's at least a version 5.7 also. StarCalc may be a dead project though, since the website link is dead.
Aha! Google comes through again. Here's the current website address, with a new version (5.7) released in 2006:

Our link is NOT dead, it works just fine for me right now AND it's the correct home page link! The link you found is ONE of their MIRROR sites.
NOTE: PLEASE do NOT report bad links in the forums! Use the program listing's "problem" report link.
