High Visibility Animated Cursors  by W. J. Harnden, Jr.

A collection of large and brightly colored animated cursors for > Windows 95/98/NT/ME. They provide those with laptops, children, or limited visual acuity, cursors big enough to easily find, but still interesting to look at. There are 6 different colored cursor schemes in the set, for a total of 143 cursors....
