Desktop → Desktop Management → Program Launchers

UpStarter is a program to tidy up your DeskTop. The right-hand Panel contains some pre-set Windows stuff - Notepad; Windows Explorer; Paint; Internet Explorer; Calculator; Character Map; On-Screen Keyboard; Control Panel. The left-hand Panel contains 16 buttons that can be set to run your favourite programs....
