Simple Invoicing  by Software Force

The Simple Invoice application was designed for issuing invoices credit notes and receipts from an SQL database. Simple Invoicing allows the inclusion of customer, category, product and currency information with a cross currency settlement feature. You can further customize the invoice memo layout using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 without changing any source code....
