KeePass runs on all Windows operating systems and doesn't need to be installed. You can download a version with an installer which automates creating links in the startmenu etc., but you also can download the binary zip package which contains only the main executable. This executable runs fine without installing anything. There is also a version 2.x that has more features but requires the .NET framework to be installed. KeePass doesn't store anything on your system. The program doesn't create any new registry keys and it doesn't create any initialization files (.ini) in your Windows directory. Deleting the KeePass directory or using the uninstaller leaves no trace of KeePass on your system. Features include:
