Using ClipGuru

Clicking the ClipGuru Mascot icon (next to the list of clips) will display 'help' content in the info/help tab panel. Clicking the 'Clip to Clipboard' button will send the active selection to the windows clipboard and move it to the top of the list. Double clicking an item will have the same effect.

Once you have installed ClipGuru? and have it running, you'll notice its icon in the system tray area. ClipGuru? monitors the Windows clipboard and automatically grabs a copy of all content as it goes to the standard Windows clipboard.

ClipGuru saves your clip information at regular intervals to minimize data loss should a system crash or hang occur. You may perform a manual save of your active clip Sets by selecting the 'Save Set' button from the ClipGuru main window. Depending on the size of your Sets, this could take a second or two.

ClipGuru will normally start and minimize itself to the systems tray area. You may restore the ClipGuru window by clicking on the icon or select from a menu of options by right clicking on the icon. ClipGuru minimizes to the system tray whenever you 'close' the ClipGuru window. To exit the ClipGuru program altogether, select 'exit' from either the 'File' or right click tray menus.

The tray icon will turn green whenever ClipGuru™ has captured new copies of clipboard contents.

Left Click the tray icon to display the ClipGuru™ main window. Right Click the tray icon to display a submenu of actions, including program exit and a quick clipboard refresh of any of the 8 most recent contents.
