  AscToTab is utility that converts *plain* or tab-delimited text files containing table data into either HTML or RTF (rich text format) tables. For plain text files AscToTab will attempt to determine how many columns the table has; the default alignment of each column; which rows are header rows. It will also spot entries that span several columns or several rows.

  HTML Splitter is a free utility that helps you set up large documents for the Internet (or into HTML format). This is done by splitting each document into smaller HTML documents, and by linking these documents together. A lot of documents are asking to be published on the Internet but, when large documents are directly converted to the HTML format, the resulting pages are not easy to read and requires a LOT of scrolling. Therefore, it would be better to split them up. You can do this by hand, but wouldn't it be nice to let your computer do it for you? This is now possible, using the HTML Splitter program. Each file will contain links to the previous file and to the next file. At the same time, an index file is created, named myfile000.htm, with links to all the other files.   HTMLAsText utility converts HTML documents to simple text files, it removes all HTML tags and formats the text according to your preferences. HTMLAsText automatically removes all tags and scripts from the document. The remaining text is formatted according to the number of characters per line that you select. All HTML entities (e.g.: &, <) are converted into the corresponding ASCII characters. Unordered lists (

  HTMLXlat is a utility that will convert special characters in HTML files to their corresponding HTML codes and vice versa. We often have to use international characters that should be encoded (e.g. é is é). I noticed that I was frequently manually converting the special characters to their corresponding HTML codes. I built the HTMLXlat utility to do this automatically in order to make my life a little easier.

  PPWizard is a free generic text manipulation tool which most people use as a html preprocessor, it is powerful and yet easy to use. Preprocessors allow you to easily include external files (to include html files such as common html headers, footers or navigation) or perhaps to include the result of external commands or SQL queries. They also enable more complex things such as defining email and web addresses in one location and reusing these throughout your site or creating more complex macros which can make decisions for themselves as to how html should be generated. PPWIZARD also allows for data import in various formats (e.g. SQL from a large number of databases including MS Access, CSV, fixed and other formats). While PPWIZARD can be used on a server (CGI etc) it is more frequently used to generate static pages, and unlike SSI there are no server requirements or performance hits. Note that ppwizard can generate static pages for tasks where others might normally need to use dynamic page generation.

  Rainbow is a REAL TREAT for HTML-editors and Webmasters! (Header of our web page was done with this thing) It produces spectral-coloring with the FONT-tag for placement in HTML-documents. Run it together with a HTML-editor, pick colors, write/paste the text you want colored, press 'Dump HTML' and the necessary code is in the clipboard! All you need to do from there is paste it in the open document you are working on. Much less data or work than a transparent GIF. Generates valid OR stripped HTML !

  Small program to convert one or many files from txt format to html. Only files with ".txt" extension can be converted and the files must be on a hard disk, html's will be created in the same folder as the txt's. It's a plain, nearly rough html, no special lights and bells and any web or mail addresses will be considered just plain text, no hyperlinks will be created.
