  Easy Code is the visual assembly programming environment made to build 32-bit Windows applications. The Easy Code interface, looking like Visual Basic, allows you to program a Windows assembler application done in an easy way as was never possible before. There are two available versions of Easy Code: Masm version using the Microsoft Macro Assembler (distributed with Masm32 and GeneSys packages). GoAsm version using the Jeremy Gordon's Go tools (distributed with the ECGo package). Download and test this application including the source code of a nice CD player, a complete and fast text editor in a dll file (to be able to program your own editor), a complete and excellent text editor ready to use, a file shredder, a MIDI player and many other applications.

  The MASM32 SDK version 10 is a working development environment for programmers who are interested in either learning or writing 32 bit Microsoft assembler (MASM). The installation is an automated process that installs the correct directory tree structure on the local drive of your choice. Note that MASM32 will not install on a network drive. MASM32 comes with its own runtime library written fully in assembler and an extensive range of macros for improved high level emulation and faster development. It builds its own IMPORT libraries for the Windows API functions and supplies its own include files for a very large number of API functions. It is an esoteric tool that is not for the faint of heart and it is reasonably complex to master but in skilled hands it has performance that is beyond the best of modern compilers when properly written which makes it useful for performance critical tasks. The MASM32 SDK is targeted at experienced programmers who are familiar with writing software in 32 bit versions of Windows using the API interface and who are familiar with at least some direct mnemonic programming in assembler. It is not well suited for beginner programmers due to the advanced technical nature of programming in assembler and beginners are advised to start with a compiler first to learn basic concepts like addressing, programming logic, control flow and similar.

  The flat assembler is a fast and efficient self-assembling 80x86 assembler for DOS, Windows and Linux operating systems. Currently it supports all 8086-80486/Pentium instructions with MMX, SSE, SSE2, SSE3 and 3DNow! extensions and x86-64 (both AMD64 and EM64T) instructions, can produce output in binary, MZ, PE, COFF or ELF format. It includes the powerful but easy to use macroinstruction support and does multiple passes to optimize the instruction codes for size. The flat assembler is self-compilable and the full source code is included.
IMPORTANT NOTE: FASM isn't a virus and the files from their "official" page aren't infected either. The high occurrence of *false positives* on FASM (up to 1/3 of "antivirus" products can get upset) is a known fact and has been reported many times. Do a search on Google AND your AV program's virus database for the name it reports - can't find it = false positive!

  If you're a Palm OS programmer writing shareware, you need a way to generate registration codes from the Palm user name and perhaps some other data. PORT is the tool set I whipped up to accomplish that. They are free for use under the terms of the GNU General Public License. The one module you link with your Palm program is not GPL'd, so that you may use it in closed-source projects. I still do hope that you send bug fixes and such back to me.
