Whiz FTP is very easy to use; people who have never used FTP before will feel at ease while using the Whiz FTP. All you need to upload files and directories to an FTP server is to drag these files and directories from Windows Explorer onto the Whiz FTP window. To download files and directories, just drag them from the Whiz FTP onto Windows Explorer. Whiz FTP Features include: full drag & drop and copy & paste support; a passive/active transfer mode; changing mode (CHMOD) of files and directories; the ability to perform recursive downloads, uploads and deletes. Whiz FTP is based on the free version of SoftX FTP Client (which is no longer available). If you need a FTP Client with more advanced features check the SoftX.org Web Site for Pro the version of the SoftX FTP Client. Privacy Guaranty: Although the Whiz FTP is FREE for personal use, it does not gather any private information about you or your computer's activity and does not send anything to any third party and does not show annoying banners either.
