RapidSpeech is a very different, free text-to-speech (TTS) program. Instead of using synthetic voices, RapidSpeech converts text to speech/sounds by combining audio clips (MP3). It can be used for e.g. satirical purposes, such as changing the meaning of famous speaches. Or you can use it to combine several MP3's into one large MP3 file (although it was not designed for this specific purpose).
