CraftCalendar is a simple calendar application that can import full moon, new moon, equinox, and solstice dates and times. You are also able to enter your own events and there is a simple journal included. CraftCalendar was written in Java and takes advantage of the freeware Java database One$DB. It was written for those interested in lunar and seasonal cycles, the uploading of lunar and seasonal cycles is optional, and the calendar can be used simply for personal events. No install, unzip in the location where you wish the application to reside. To uninstall, simply delete the application directory and zip file; there is no other cleanup!

Diary is a concise, dialog-based program to keep a diary, logbook or journal. It features encryption, and text search, allows storing of up to ten encrypted images per date. Numerous files can be attached to any date, not encrypted as yet. Full text search function, with a double click to the pages that may seem interesting. Up to 18 user-programmable shortcuts, that may have keyboard shortcuts as well. Each of these can insert a fragment of up to a 1000 characters. Import function to retrieve text from other Diaries, great if you're keeping a logbook at work, and want to integrate it with your diary at home. It will use timestamps in the text to properly merge the pages together. Source code also available for download.

The form shape is just how a book appears on your computer, it supports changing the skin for the main program and also changing the background image for the large diary editor. You can export to html format and the program features an agent character named Mr. Pencil.
Note: the last update for Diary Book was May 2005! The author has NOT updated or tested this program for Vista or Win7.
