  SimThyr is built to be an Open-Source, continuous simulation software for the pituitary-thyroid feedback control. Applications of this program cover research, including development of hypotheses, and education of students in biology and medicine, nurses and patients. Thyroid hormones play an important role for metabolism, growth and differentiation. Therefore, exact regulation of thyroid hormone levels is vital for most organisms. Although the principles of thyrotropic feedback control have been described decades years ago we still have not yet gained comprehensive understanding of its dynamics. This website provides information about the challenging enterprise of mathematical modelling the hypothalamic-pituitary-thyroid axis.

Freemat provides visualization, image manipulation, and plotting as well as parallel programming. In addition to supporting many MATLAB functions and some IDL functionality, FreeMat features a codeless interface to external C, C++, and Fortran code, further parallel distributed algorithm development (via MPI), and has plotting and 3D visualization capabilities. An advantage of Freemat is the convenient mechanism of loading shared libraries written by other languages. The motivation of this project is to have a tool able to easily generate ontologies with different characteristics and amount of axioms. Those can be used for benchmarking semantic infrastructure such as reasoning systems, editors, parser, etc. This tool allows you to easily create your own set of OWL ontologies for this purpose as well as to save configurations which can be used to replicate test suites on demand. The current version will generate ontologies according to the OWL1.1 specification.

Apart from using the Mouse to quickly change the operating point, these two CADS rely entirely on the use of the keys thus enabling intricate drawing pixel by pixel. The program PlansCircuits can be used to draw electronic or printed circuits and plans, while the program PrintedCKT is just for Printed Circuits. Both allow for a black or white background. and selecting the thickness of the drawing line.

This package includes the whole project with the detailed explanation of how this plotting can be used and how the new classes can be designed. MoveGraphLibrary.dll can be taken from this project; it requires the .NET 2 Framework.
