ColorCodes is a simple and fast color picker, with screen picker and magnifier. ColorCodes looks simple but it has some great features. Of course it gives you codes for your selected color in Hexidecimal (Html), Decimal (RGB), Long, Windows Hexidecimal (red and blue are reversed) plus Hue, Saturation, Brightness (HSB) values. If you already have a color code, input it and ColorCodes converts it to the other formats and displays the color. With the RGB sliders, you train yourself visually to see what the changes do, to make selecting colors more intuitive. You can select different hues (colors), retaining the same saturation and brightness levels. This helps with finding colors that are similar. Last but not least, ColorCodes has a built in screen color picker with magnifier (zoom in up to 20x) to accurately grab the color of a single pixel anywhere on the screen! The only purpose of this little tool is to print graph paper, either as millimetric (with 10th divisions) or imperial (with 8th divisions). A laser or inkjet printer is capable of printing paper of a very high quality, and as a bonus you can adjust the scale, to enlarge/reduce the grid and suit your needs of any scale drawing. I use those papers all the time to draw the things I will machine. Usually, I use a paper in millimeter, and use it at scale 10x (1 cm = 1 mm). That way I can draw very small objects, and simply measure some very small distances with a ruler. But I'm sure you will find other usages.
