This is achieved through two main parts: The map creator (simply called Map) and the Atlas viewer. SimSig is a freeware Windows-based train simulator of modern UK railway signaling systems, from the point of view of a railway signaler. Train motion is accurately simulated according to train type and loading, and is controlled via the use of timetables. With a keyboard and mouse, the player sets routes, operates level crossings as necessary, and joins and detaches trains as timetabled. The simulations may be played in real time or sped up. The aim of play is to achieve a good score by overcoming problems and ensuring on-time train running. Points are accumulated for good operation and deducted for errors or late running. NOTE: there are several files to download - program+help AND the simulations. Chrysalis-B is a real-time, casual pace, evolution, widget/game. By figuring out the right temperature that promotes growth/evolution you must guide an unknown species through several stages of evolution until it hopefully evolves into the Elders. Blue valve lowers temperature AND increases humidity. Red valve increases temperature. The air-conditioner reduces humidity. Aside from finding the right temperature, if you can find the right humidity for each species (a 1% range) they will grow 10 times faster. This may require a group effort. You start with nothing but plants and dirt, by figuring out the right temperature that promotes growth/evolution you must guide an unknown species through several stages of evolution until it hopefully evolves into the Elders. There are two ways to control the temperature inside Chrysalis-A. A blue value introduces chilled water into the chamber which lowers the temperature over time. A red valve turns on the gas heater which raises the temperature over time.
