Note: the download is hosted with "Megaupload" & it can be confusing to access it. On the Megaupload page you need to ignore all of the ads. Where it says "Please enter" followed by 3 *capital* letters, type these letters into the box beside them (they ARE case sensitive!) & click "Download".
