Control the look and feel of your graphical user interface by customizing and installing Windows desktop themes. The Install Wizard simplifies using themes downloaded from the Internet, automatically finding the files needed, and installing them to the appropriate places. The Package Wizard allows you distribute your theme as a self-installing package or .zip file. Before installing, you can preview every element, including the icons, sounds, animated logo previews, and screen savers. This version adds transparent desktop icons, a quick-theme tab in the Display Properties, and a tray icon. NOT fully compatible with XP, does NOT support XP themes.
Note: regrettably this program is no longer supported & the author abandoned both website & program but it's much too good a program to lose completely ;)
