TX2CSV is a conversion program for changing a plain text file to a CSV (Comma Separated Value) file. CSV files are often used to exchange data between different programs, Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet programs also use them. To convert the plain text file (.txt) it must contain some control characters (CRLF, TAB, ESC...) for data field delimitation. The text file may also contain some control characters for a line delimiter.
