CodeTwo Move & Delete Watchdog will warn you about unintentional moving or deleting folders in Outlook. It will save you time and nerves by restoring accidentally lost elements and protect your Outlook data from loss. The program simply warns you if you drag and drop a folder into a different folder, or if you inadvertently hit the Delete button on your keyboard. Once a warning dialog box pops up, you can either cancel this action or confirm it. Not only is this app useful for inexperienced Outlook users, who might not even realize they have deleted or moved something, it's also a handy companion even for Outlook supermen, who'd have to spent some time digging out lost folders (or restoring folders deleted with Shift + Delete) if they didn't have a watchdog at their feet.

» CodeTwo PST Ghostbuster 1.0+

The CodeTwo PST Ghostbuster application was designed to be a free tool for removing duplicated PST files (ghost files) from Outlook. In some cases the PST file can appear twice in Outlook. Its contents are then shown twice on the folder list and in other folder views which can make work much harder. When trying to delete the duplicated PST file from the profile, a message: "There was an error. Object was not found" appears (you can also get errors "The operation failed. An object could not be found." or "Can't open this item. The object could not be found.") and the only way to remove it is to create a new Outlook profile. In many cases this is unacceptable due to the settings that may be lost: email accounts, signatures, user-defined views and forms. Thanks to CodeTwo PST Ghostbuster, the duplicated PST file can be easily fixed and removed from the profile.

CodeTwo CatMan is a free tool for sharing categories in Microsoft Outlook. The program is used to deploy identical categories on multiple workstations with MS Outlook eliminating the need to finger-type data on each machine. The program introduces the term of public and private categories. Public categories are defined in an external configuration file and are common to all users on the network. Private categories are the categories added in Outlook locally by a user and they are only visible for that user. The user can edit public and private categories according to his wishes as the application features a category editor. Setting write access rights to the file containing public categories, the administrator can define which users can modify them. 32-bit and 64-bit versions available.

This little app lets you tack on a private, BCC'd message that only some of the recipients of your main message will see. You can add context to your main message for selected people without having to send an additional email to them. Recipients do not need the plugin to view the Bccthis messages. Bccthis adds an extra message pane to the bottom of your Outlook email where you can write the Bccthis message and allows you to select which recipients to send it to from anyone included in the To, Cc, or Bcc fields of the main email.
