Alarms can be set for one time, everyday, every week, once a year or a specific time and date. No need to uninstall, just delete the folder and the Clock is gone.   Alarm is a digital clock that you can set to display a message and play a sound at a time of your choice. shows the current time in configurable LED's, beeps or plays a sound (you can replace the default alarm siren). Plays music (you can use your own mp3, mid, wav and so on music files), shows a small dialog or alarms you with a full screen alert with your text. Option to preview your alarm.

  Chronice is basically an alarm clock for your desktop with fully customizable skins, it has an advanced alarm scheduler, you can set up alarms with messages, pictures, sounds, run files or open documents. You can move Chronice when you drag and drop it with the left mouse button or using arrow keys. NumPad number keys will move Chronice to the screen corners and +/- will size-up / size-down the clock. If you click the right mouse button or press "O", an options panel will appear and you're ready to customize your very own Chronice. Most of the buttons and fields are self-explanatory, but if you have any doubts, experiment. What could go wrong?!?

  When you need an alarm call but don't have a reliable alarm clock handy here's the solution. If you have Internet access, you have a basic alarm clock available at OnlineClock.net. Just open the link in a separate browser window, make sure your laptop is set to remain awake, crank up the volume and sleep peacefully. Options include: Digital or Analogue clock; Color of the screen; Size of the clock numerals; AM/PM or Military (24 hour) time; Clock/radio; Clock/Video.

  Repetitive strain injury, Occupational overuse syndrome, and Carpal tunnel syndrome are all faces of the same malaise. For those on the coal face of the IT industry, it's endemic, and can mean losing a career when typing becomes too painful to sustain. It is a big help to take frequent 'microbreaks' every 5-15 minutes. I wrote this program because I always get too involved in what I am working on to remember to take regular breaks (hours can pass before I remember that I should eat!)
